I’ve talked a lot about how bad the definition of poverty is but it’s worth pointing out the UN’s definition of healthy is a severely underweight person (BMI of 16). They could easily raise this to something like 18 just as the poverty line could be raised by a couple dollars. But then things would look worse, and capitalists wouldn’t want that outrage.
